MMPA Welcomes New President Derek Delaney and Expands Executive Leadership

The Moulding & Millwork Producers Association (MMPA), representing leading commodity producers across North and South America, is pleased to announce the appointment of Derek Delaney, of Port-O-Lite Corp. in West Swanzey, New Hampshire, as its new volunteer President, effective October 1, 2025.

Derek, known throughout the industry for his practical leadership style and deep operational knowledge, steps into the role with a clear focus on strengthening collaboration across the association’s international membership. His long-standing experience in millwork manufacturing and association governance positions him well to guide MMPA into a dynamic year ahead.

As one of his first actions as President, Derek welcomed Chase Morrison of Sunset Moulding Company—with multiple locations in California and Oklahoma—as the newly elected 2nd Vice President of the Executive Committee. Chase’s move into an officer position created an opening on the Board of Directors, which the Board filled by voting in Samantha Cadwell as Director. Her background in millwork sales, operations and distribution adds fresh perspective to an already well-rounded leadership team.

With these appointments, MMPA’s 2025–2027 Board of Directors now includes:
